pokA-yoke
A Japanese term that means "fail-safing" or "mistake-proofing". A poka-yoke is any mechanism in a lean manufacturing process that helps an equipment operator avoid mistakes. Its purpose is to eliminate product defects by the use of various styles of sensors, cylinders, or cameras to evaluate a finished part before it released from the finishing or assembly machine.

Commonly used as a value added item to compliment a wide range of finishing fixtures. We have experience in many types of fasteners, whether it be J-clips, pale nuts, U-nuts, Christmas tree fasteners, etc.
